How to make a call:
From the USA - To place a call out of the U.S.A. dial "011 + country code + city code + number".
To reach an operator dial "0" - to reach your International Operator, dial "00". For calls to
a country with an 809 country code, do not dial 011. From countries other than the USA, please consult your
local phone book or operator for more detailed instructions.
